Nuland says Russia's keeping oil exports important for US
WASHINGTON, Jul 25 (PRIME) -- It is important for the U.S. that Russia kept on exporting oil, otherwise the prices will grow, Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland said on July 22.
"We need to see Russian oil on the world market, or else its shortage will lead to a new price increase," Nuland said.
The official added that a price cap on Russian oil will limit Moscow’s profits but keep the incentive for exports.
